An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

EVERTS POL SP Z O O processes the personal data of Service Users in order to properly perform contracts concluded within the online store via the service: https://test.everts-pol.pl/ (hereinafter “Service”). This means that this data is needed in particular for:

– delivering the goods ordered by the User
– enabling the User to exercise any consumer rights (e.g. withdrawal from the contract, warranty).

Legal basis for processing:
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
We process your personal data with your consent, expressed at the time of registration in the Service and at the time of confirming the transaction made in the Service.
Giving consent to the processing of your personal data is entirely voluntary, but lack of consent makes it impossible to register in the Service and make purchases via the Service.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:

• At any time, you can withdraw your consent – without giving any reason. Entrusting data processing:
EVERTS POL SP Z O O may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with EVERTS POL SP Z O O, to the extent necessary for the execution of the transaction, i.e. for example for the purpose of preparing the goods ordered by you and delivering shipments, as well as refunds on your behalf. We may transfer your data to other entities that help us run the website and application, including marketing campaigns (e.g. support us in sending emails), provide support and operation of our tools and IT systems (e.g. service our software, store data), as well as our legal and advisory service providers or entities acquiring receivables – in the event of non-payment of your invoice on time.
Personal data of Service Users, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be made available to third parties in any way, including in particular will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of third parties.
Personal data of Service Users is not transferred outside the European Union.

Declaration regarding data protection in Google Analytics
Our sites use web service analysis mechanisms of Google Inc. (“Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA”): Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manager use cookies that enable analysis of the use of websites. The information collected by cookies is transferred to Google servers located in the USA and archived.
If the IP address anonymization function is activated while using our website, the User’s IP address is shortened by Google. This applies to member states of the European Union and other states listed in the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In this way, the IP address anonymization function will be active on our website. At the request of the website operator, Google uses the collected information to analyze the use of the website, prepare reports on the use of the website and other services related to the use of the Internet.
