Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
We process your personal data with your consent, expressed at the time of registration in the Service and at the time of confirming the transaction made in the Service.
Giving consent to the processing of your personal data is entirely voluntary, but lack of consent makes it impossible to register in the Service and make purchases via the Service.

Entrusting data processing:
EVERTS POL SP Z O O may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with EVERTS POL SP Z O O, to the extent necessary for the execution of the transaction, i.e. for example for the purpose of preparing the goods ordered by you and delivering shipments, as well as refunds on your behalf. We may transfer your data to other entities that help us run the website and application, including marketing campaigns (e.g. support us in sending emails), provide support and operation of our tools and IT systems (e.g. service our software, store data), as well as our legal and advisory service providers or entities acquiring receivables – in the event of non-payment of your invoice on time.
Personal data of Service Users, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be made available to third parties in any way, including in particular will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of third parties.
Personal data of Service Users is not transferred outside the European Union.
